Does this course include cooking tutorials & recipes?

It does not! This course is focused specifically on all the small, but mighty ways to accommodate your neurodivergence in the kitchen, but recipe/meal planning is not included!

What if I don't have any official ND diagnoses?

That's okay! If you identify with any of the struggles outlined in this course, the content will be helpful to you, diagnosed or not!

Do you talk about overeating in Part 1?

That will be in Part 2!
